Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Distribution Representative to join our team at Canarchy Holding Co LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize distribution and shelf space for our products in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, including promotional programs, events, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or a related field, preferably in the beverage alcohol industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with sales data analysis and reporting tools, such as VIP iDig and Karma.
  • Knowledge of the 3-tier system and ability to navigate complex distribution channels.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, with a reliable vehicle and good driving record.
