Residential Cleaning Specialist

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: To excel in this role, candidates must effectively fulfill each key responsibility. The following attributes are indicative of the preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Capability to travel to various job locations as required.
- Ability to handle regular exposure to pet hair, allergens, dust, and cleaning agents.
- Physical ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, managing an average of 4 homes daily, with potential for up to 6 homes. This includes navigating stairs while carrying equipment and loading/unloading from vehicles.
- Proficiency in performing tasks on knees for approximately 60% of the workday, such as cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces; reaching for countertops at waist height 20% of the time; bending for toilets and finishing tasks at knee height 10% of the time; and reaching overhead 10% of the time to complete room cleaning.
- Experience in dry-work, including the ability to reach, pull, and stoop to make beds 5% of the time; operate a vacuum cleaner weighing up to 12 pounds for 60% of the time; and manage a portable vacuum weighing 6 pounds for 15% of the time, which can be carried diagonally across the shoulder; dusting furniture from floor to ceiling 20% of the time, which involves bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and moving small furniture.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current liability insurance for personal vehicle.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must successfully pass a motor vehicle records check.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening.
