Job Summary

The Front Desk Attendant is a key role in creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for our Members at Invited Clubs. This position is responsible for providing personalized service, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and promoting our facility amenities and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all Members and Guests check-in promptly and are addressed by name.
  • Answer telephones professionally and direct calls to the appropriate areas.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our facilities, programs, and events to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional service, including towel and water service, to create a memorable experience for our Members.
  • Promote our facilities, programs, and services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service standards.
  • Address Member/Guest complaints promptly and effectively, practicing service recovery techniques.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
