  • Maintain a secure environment around jumping areas, foam pits, and other activity zones
  • Collaborate with fellow court monitors and park staff

Role Overview:

The Front Desk employee reports directly to the Director and Manager of Altitude Trampoline Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls promptly and address guests by name
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for opening and closing the front desk
  • Ensure accurate registration and waivers; consult management if uncertain
  • Have thorough knowledge of pricing, party packages, park hours, and facility features
  • Become proficient in the Center Edge POS system
  • Promote park offerings, including birthday packages and special promotions
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and ensure satisfaction
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Manage jump appointment bookings, changes, and cancellations

Accountability:

  • Participate in staff training sessions
  • Punctuality for shifts is essential
  • Attend all scheduled staff meetings

Additional Duties:

  • Monitor activities in the rock wall, basketball, and main court areas from the front desk
  • Assist as a court monitor when necessary
  • Report any incidents involving staff or guests to management
  • Enforce park regulations and jumping rules in a friendly and professional manner
