Job Overview

As an Operations Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for overseeing a market center with an annual revenue ranging from $10 to $15 million. Your primary focus will be on enhancing profitability and fostering growth by attracting new clients while maintaining robust relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of a market center location, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Utilize strategic and leadership capabilities to recruit, develop, and retain a motivated workforce.
  • Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Engage in hands-on activities across the market center and other operational sites.
  • Foster collaboration between service and production teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of five to seven years of progressive management experience is required.
  • Proven track record in operations management within a production or manufacturing setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, sales metrics, and capital expenditures.
  • Experience in customer service and business-to-business sales for at least twelve to eighteen months.
  • Strong analytical and process management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Successful completion of background checks, including Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.

Relocation Requirement:

Upon completion of training, candidates must be willing to relocate within the geographical sector of the U.S. where they were hired.
