Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team at Progressive Insurance. As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will learn how to help customers resolve their insurance claims efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine coverage and liability for insurance claims
  • Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses to gather information
  • Partner with appraisers and estimators to manage vehicle repairs
  • Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims

Requirements

  • Three years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple claims simultaneously
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • A competitive salary range of $51,000-$54,500 per year
  • A gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 16% of eligible earnings
