Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer, providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales and Merchandising: Demonstrate and sell our products, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the entire product line and applying common sense and good taste at all times.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times.
- Marketing and Promotions: Participate in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates, in accordance with company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved and enhance all aspects of customer service, including order management.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
- Skills: Results-driven, with the ability to meet or exceed KPIs and goals. Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Physical Demands: Ability to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position or assemble furniture while working on the selling floor or in our warehouse.
- Competitive Pay: Associate pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, and competencies.
