About the Role

The Facilities Technician is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance and repair duties throughout our corporate offices and branch network.

As a Facilities Technician, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting our People First focus and rules of engagement by maintaining a professional demeanor and working as an active member of our team.
  • Performing daily activities as directed by our Facilities Help Desk and management team.
  • Performing minor electrical maintenance, painting, carpentry, and masonry work.
  • Reconfiguring, installing, positioning, and remounting office furniture and space.
  • Reporting observed deficiencies in facilities and buildings to management.
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned.
  • Traveling between our branch locations and external client sites.
  • Wearing personal protective equipment as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to push equipment weighing up to 100 lbs., lift equipment up to 50 lbs., and work in small areas.
