Job Summary

LX Pantos America, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance with ISO and CTPAT standards, as well as other warehouse compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have approximately 7-8 years of experience in warehouse operations and compliance, with a strong focus on ISO (especially in ISO9001_QMS) and CTPAT requirements (especially in 3PL type).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with CTPAT and ISO standards, comprising 60% of the role's focus.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to compliance standards of CTPAT (inclusive documentation review).
  • Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in the setup of new warehouse facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Perform risk assessments of warehouse setup and operations to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of experience in warehouse operations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of ISO and CTPAT standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be on-call duty to address issues at the warehouse.
