Job Description:

The Space and Airborne Systems Segment is seeking a skilled Program Financial Analyst to support their team. This role involves controlling all aspects of the program's finance, including customer and internal reporting, financial analysis, earned value management implementation, and cost proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform program decisions
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to program management
  • Implement and maintain earned value management systems
  • Coordinate with program management and other functions to ensure compliance with finance procedures
  • Lead the analysis of forecast variances and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or other analytical field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial management tools
  • Ability to obtain US Security Clearance
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in government contract finance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
