Your Role in Action
  • Skill Building: You will be instrumental in implementing personalized behavior intervention plans crafted by our skilled behavior analysts, guiding students towards positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Direct Support: In the classroom, you will provide hands-on support to students, fostering positive behaviors and encouraging meaningful social interactions that enhance their learning experience.

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older to join our team and embark on this rewarding journey.
  • Driver's License: A valid and current U.S. driver's license is required for this role, enabling you to navigate and support our community effectively.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or 1+ years working in direct care at May Institute is mandatory. The degree being in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with individuals facing developmental challenges or in a classroom setting is desirable.
