Job Description:

The Space and Airborne Systems Segment at L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Program Finance Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for controlling all aspects of the program's finance, working closely with program management and other functions to ensure compliance with finance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support program decision-making
  • Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) to track program progress
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts, including orders, sales, profit, and cash flow
  • Coordinate with program management to ensure compliance with finance procedures
  • Lead the analysis of forecast variances and drive action to capture opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Develop and maintain dashboards with key performance indicators to inform labor forecasting
  • Aggregate risks and opportunities within the SSID portfolio to inform forecast, strategy, and the joint strategic plan
Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain US Security Clearance
  • BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or other analytical field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and best practices
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Experience in financial management tools

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and driven to continuously improve
