JOB SUMMARY
Oversees Marketing Communication Initiatives in the strategizing and execution of marketing campaigns, product offerings, programming, and associated communication strategies to bolster Direct to Consumer applications, upselling, customer retention, and engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, execute, and sustain marketing strategies that align with both organizational and departmental goals focused on customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Propose innovative solutions that will enhance demand generation, customer retention, and revenue objectives.
  • Supervise various launch strategies related to new offerings, products, and services along with their corresponding communications.
  • Leverage all available marketing channels, including digital, direct marketing, and media.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of communication tactics and vehicles, reflecting Spectrum's brand identity.
  • Facilitate internal communication regarding projects to meet the needs of all organizational levels.
  • Consistently support initiatives aimed at simplifying and improving the customer experience.
  • Review departmental materials and tactics to ensure compliance with and support for company/brand messaging strategies.
  • Generate recaps and reports for all campaigns, analyzing their success and effectiveness.
  • Present updates to supervisors, leadership, and the Marketing team as necessary, including marketing plans, status updates, and recaps.
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Approve projects, purchase orders, and invoices as appropriate.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Knowledgeable in marketing strategies and procedures, particularly in Direct to Consumer applications, upselling, retention, and engagement marketing channels. Capable of prioritizing and organizing tasks effectively, supervising and motivating team members, and utilizing personal computer software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets). Competent in creating plans, timelines, expense forecasts, and process flowcharts.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:
7 years of marketing experience and 5 years of management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with cable television products and services.

Experience:
3 years of experience in CATV.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Travel as required
