Role Overview:

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for directly engaging with consumers in their homes to promote and sell products or services.

This role requires excellent communication skills, perseverance, and the ability to build rapport quickly. You will represent our client in delivering free healthcare services to the community under the Affordable Care Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales pitches to potential customers at their homes, clearly explaining the benefits of the product or service.
  • Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and target new customers within your assigned territory, working to expand your customer base.

Customer Engagement:

  • Address inquiries and concerns from potential customers, providing accurate and detailed information to support their decisions.

Sales Goals:

  • Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data, reporting progress to the sales manager regularly.

Product Expertise:

  • Stay informed about product details, pricing, and industry trends to effectively communicate and persuade customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required. Experience in direct sales, particularly door-to-door, is an advantage.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is a plus but not mandatory.

This entry-level position offers tremendous growth potential, with earnings ranging from $40,000 to $67,000 annually, including base pay, uncapped commissions, and weekly performance and quality bonuses.

We are hiring immediately for both full-time and part-time positions, with expected work hours ranging from 30 to 45 hours per week.
