Pediatric Heart Transplant Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Pediatric Heart Transplant Coordinator to join our team at Duke University Hospital. As a member of our multidisciplinary pediatric heart team, you will work closely with adult heart coordinators and team members to provide exceptional care to our young patients.
About the Job- Provide advanced nursing care for patients before and after heart transplantation
- Coordinate the transplantation process when a donor is available, including communication between physicians, local organ procurement organizations, and the medical team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement protocols and standards of care for transplant patients
