Job Summary

As a Vending Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of vending machines at our client's location. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restock and maintain vending machines with a variety of products, including snacks, beverages, and other items.
  • Collect money from machines and make change as needed.
  • Record transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Perform routine maintenance on vending machines, including cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
