Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Community Association Manager II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of operations, maintenance, and oversight of designated Homeowner Associations.

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned communities, including single-family, townhomes, condominiums, or commercial industrial complexes.
  • Coordinate with multiple support teams to oversee tasks and ensure Association deliverables are met in a timely manner.
  • Accountable to client requests and tasks, maintain visibility and communication with internal and external partners to ensure they meet the goals established by the Board for relevance, budget, and quality of service.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of governing documents, applicable state regulations, and local ordinances. They will also possess strong leadership abilities, comfort with public speaking, and the ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities.
