We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Management Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining clean decks, fences, railings, window screens, doors, and sidewalks, as well as cleaning gutters, down-spouts, and scuppers to maintain drainage
  • Cleaning and repairing lighting fixtures and replacing bulbs as needed, as well as performing grounds maintenance (i.e. blowing and pressure washing as needed), turf/grass maintenance (i.e. mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, dethatching, and over-seeding)
  • Ensuring exercise equipment is clean and in working order, maintaining supply inventory, and pertinent records of expenses as outlined by CAM

Our Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for daily patrols of building exteriors, interiors, pool, and parking lots; performing litter and debris control; noting safety, maintenance, and compliance issues and reporting them to CAM as necessary.
