Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Reactivation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on re-engaging and revitalizing previously inactive or downgraded client accounts. Utilizing your strong communication and sales abilities, you will work to rebuild relationships, identify customer needs, and propose tailored solutions to encourage their return. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a keen analytical perspective, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with inactive or downgraded client accounts to foster relationships.
  • Conduct comprehensive account assessments to understand the reasons for inactivity and uncover potential reactivation opportunities.
  • Deliver customized solutions, products, or services that meet customer needs and promote account reactivation.
  • Safeguard revenue while enhancing the client's longevity with the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reactivation initiatives in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of reactivation strategies, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in account resolution (preferred)
  • Proven success in customer service, account management, and/or sales
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • BA/BS degree (preferred)
