About the Role

DDI, an IAA Company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, and branding strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Qualify New Business Opportunities: Utilize your sales expertise to identify potential customers and develop strategies to close deals.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, including creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Sales Techniques and Practices: Proven sales techniques and practices, including appointment setting, presenting proposals, and closing deals.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to address problems in a wide range of situations and seek solutions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, read and interpret written information, and present numerical data effectively.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Integrity and Ethics: Treats people with respect, works with integrity, and upholds organizational values.
