Temporary HR Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at RemX. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Process candidate background checks and verify documentation
  • Assist with transferring employee electronic personnel files to our current system
  • Perform data entry functions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in HR
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office
