Human Resources Generalist

**Job Summary:**
Aston Carter is seeking a highly skilled HR Representative to join our team. As an HR Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating HR programs and processes for an hourly workforce, advising supervisors on employee relations and team development, and recruiting hourly positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR programs and processes for an hourly workforce.
- Advise supervisors on employee relations and team development.
- Recruit hourly positions, collaborating with staffing agencies and hiring managers.
- Manage workforce headcount to achieve productivity and efficiency.
- Consult on employee communication initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, as well as company policies.
- Develop metrics and analysis for employment policies and procedures.
- Administer compensation programs, salary planning, and job evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field + 1 year of HR experience, or 5 years of related HR experience.
- PHR Certification.
- Experience in HR within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Talent Management Systems.
- Experience recruiting hourly employees in a seasonal environment.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP.
