  • Monitor and maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring that all procedures are followed and that associates are trained on applicable logistics and company policies.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Manage the troubleshooting of systems applications, coordinating with the Information Systems Division and vendors as needed.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to others, supporting the development and execution of action plans.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs and determining necessary processes and practices.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1 year's experience in logistics, training, quality assurance, supply chain management, or related area.
  • Or 2 years' experience in logistics, training, quality, supply chain management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervising associates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Logistics.
