Job Summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a skilled Biomedical Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing planned maintenance and electrical safety inspections on patient care and support equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to understand equipment needs and develop effective maintenance strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in electronics or biomedical equipment technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience servicing clinical equipment in a hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
