We are seeking a highly skilled Market Sales Manager to join our Wealth and Investment Management team at Wells Fargo Advisors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex business development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leaders, advisors, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive business results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Make informed decisions on business development and growth strategies, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business growth strategy, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
