Customer Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at Joinhomebase. As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Representatives and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Customer Success Representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.
- Identify and address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our team is providing the highest level of customer service.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
