Sales and Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and promoting services to new customers while providing exceptional customer service to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and Identify Opportunities: To provide basic services and enhanced solutions to new and existing business clients.
- Collaborate with Departments: To find creative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage Complex Sales: By building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Prepare Estimates and Contracts: For business customers.
- Prospect New Customers: To increase the client base.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Through professional sales presentations and superior customer service.
- Retain Existing Clients: By providing excellent service and support.
- Maintain Relationships: Based on trust and mutual respect with customers.
- Document Sales Contacts: And forecast opportunities accurately.
- Adjust Messaging and Structure Meetings: To suit the audience.
- Function as a Team Member: And support other departments' efforts.
- Support Midco's Mission and Values: By applying personal ethics and integrity.
- Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills: And multi-task efficiently.
- Maintain a Positive Work Atmosphere: By developing positive relationships with team members and customers.
- Adhere to Midco Policies: And perform other duties as assigned.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Working Conditions- The employee must occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 30 lbs.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
- Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
- In-person visits to customers' places of business are normal.
