Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Advance Services Inc. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your sales career in the office and janitorial supply industry.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Activities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify new sales opportunities and increase market share in janitorial products.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales calls, focusing on product presentations and customer needs.
  • Utilize time efficiently to maximize selling opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Product Knowledge & Sales Skills
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of office and janitorial supply products through ongoing learning and development.
  • Continuously refine your sales approach to provide value-driven solutions for customers.
  • Project a professional image to customers at all times, providing exceptional service and support.
Sales Objectives & Documentation
  • Achieve and maintain monthly sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Accurately complete and submit all required documentation, including CRM entries, in a timely manner.
Career Advancement Opportunities
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals and product updates.
  • Assist with product installations and small order deliveries as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Partner with the support team to create tailored supply and janitorial programs that meet customer needs, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the janitorial industry, with a proven track record of generating business and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, managing time and priorities to achieve sales objectives.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, with a willingness to travel up to 85% of the time.
