Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team at Apartment & Office Floors, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with apartment communities in the MD/VA/DC Metro area and driving sales growth through innovative sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with apartment community decision-makers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory, provide quotes, and address client needs.
  • Prospect and follow up with new leads to create new partnerships and win new accounts.
  • Report to and work with the executive team to form short- and long-term strategies to win accounts and grow market share.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of winning accounts.
  • Knowledge of the Multi-Family Industry and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Capability of owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
