Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at CooperSurgical. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our patient support program, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize program operations to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, HQ colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure administrative data entry and reporting are complete and accurate
  • Review and approve reports, payroll data, and transportation reimbursement
  • Provide backup for initial consultations and consulting with clients and physicians
  • Ensure timely turnaround time for reporting to clients and MDs
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FDA and other regulatory inspections
Requirements
  • Seven to ten years of healthcare-related work experience, including a direct supervisory/management position
  • Knowledge of the reproductive healthcare field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
