We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at the University Rehabilitation Center. This role is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, and respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes, and ensure prompt processing of outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with maintenance and compliance of personnel files and I-9 documents.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
