Lead the Way in Veterinary Specialty Medicine

Friendship Hospital for Animals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Specialty Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our specialty division, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective administrative workflows to support the growth and success of our specialty division.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive business growth, improve client satisfaction, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain sound business practices, including financial analysis, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with our medical directors and other stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of patient care and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our hospital remains at the forefront of veterinary specialty medicine.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in veterinary specialty medicine.
  • Proven track record of success in administrative operations, business growth, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
