About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Veterinary Practice Manager at Friendship Hospital for Animals. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our specialty division and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the specialty division
    • Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Client Experience
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their pets
    • Ensure that client needs are met and exceeded through exceptional service and communication
    • Collaborate with the medical team to provide high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the specialty division and attract new clients
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the management of inventory, supplies, and equipment
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role in a veterinary practice or related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AS or BS degree in business or related field preferred
