Job Overview

Peak Management is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct tours and showings of available apartments, highlighting the features and benefits of our properties
  • Process lease applications and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the leasing team to achieve sales and occupancy goals

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of leasing experience in a multi-family property management company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and occupancy goals
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
