At Automationtechies, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the control systems market.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the control systems market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Leverage existing network to expand the company's reach and influence in the industry.
- Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote control system solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
- Lead and manage M&A activities to support the company's growth objectives.
- Identify potential acquisition targets and conduct thorough due diligence.
- Negotiate and execute M&A deals in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales growth by identifying new markets and customer segments.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the control systems industry.
- Strong background in marketing and strategic planning.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including deal negotiation and execution.
- Extensive network of contacts within the control systems industry nationally.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
