In your role as a Financial Strategy Associate within the CFO Services division, you will partner with professionals from leading technology firms, private equity, and investment banking backgrounds. Together, we provide top-tier strategic finance guidance and fundraising advisory services. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers or Managers to assist our clients in:
    • Utilizing advanced analytical methods and a thorough understanding of financial modeling to create financial models, budgets, and forecasts tailored to our clients' needs.
    • Maintaining regular communication with clients to share insights and address their requirements.
    • Being part of a premier financial services tech-enabled firm, acting as a trusted advisor for clients on their most critical financial and business decisions.
    • Conducting industry or company research necessary for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Ensuring business plans and projects remain on schedule through continuous budget management and variance reporting.
    • Facilitating productive investor discussions and board meetings by analyzing and monitoring relevant KPIs.
In collaboration with the team and cross-functional partners, you will also:
  • Implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities within Pilot CFO Services.
  • Drive enhancements in financial and business performance metrics for CFO Services.
  • Propose and execute process improvements to optimize accuracy and efficiency in our offerings.
About You

We seek individuals who embody the following qualities:
  • 1-2 years of pertinent finance and strategy experience; prior exposure to investment banking, consulting, or a rapidly growing company is advantageous.
    • CPA or MBA preferred (but not mandatory) as an alternative to the anticipated experience.
  • Proficient Excel modeling skills with the capability to swiftly and effectively distill complex information into clear outputs.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to assimilate and process substantial amounts of data.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of precise, high-quality outputs with minimal revisions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to engage in rigorous problem-solving as a self-starter.
  • A demonstrated capacity to cultivate strong collaborative relationships within the team.
