Job Summary

We're seeking a Head of Financial Services to lead our financial services team and drive growth in the financial services sector. This role will be responsible for scaling, building, and leading a world-class team that sustains efficient and high long-term growth and serves as a repeatable structure for other industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for financial services, including partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to drive growth and efficiency in financial services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product organizations to develop new strategic plans and meet company growth and market share goals.
  • Assess and optimize sales methodologies and team structure to drive performance and growth.
  • Develop and manage motivating incentive tools to drive sales performance.
  • Act as a strategic thought leader and advisor to the President, Revenue, and broader Executive Team.
  • Develop short and long-term market strategy and forecasts through market analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Build and leverage strong industry and customer relationships to drive growth and improvement.
  • Develop a data-driven, metrics-centric sales operations function to drive sales capacity and coverage.
  • Recruit, inspire, lead, mentor, motivate, and instill operational rigor into the sales organization.
Requirements
  • High growth at scale: Track record of leading an organization through rapid growth from $1B to $5B and beyond.
  • Go-to-market complexity and financial services depth: Responsibility for a complex, platform/multi-product sales motion across field, inside, and channel sales selling into a multi-segment (SMB to Enterprise) customer base.
  • Infrastructure SaaS: Experience within a cloud-native, highly technical infrastructure SaaS business, and track record of managing a predictable and repeatable recurring revenue business model.
  • Operational rigor: Experience implementing complex strategy and operational improvements, taking a data-driven and efficiency-oriented approach to sales operations.
  • Impact-oriented strategic builder: Execution-focused, team player, and leader with the personal drive and enthusiasm to successfully navigate a growing company in an evolving marketplace.
