Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Acura Service Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Service Business Development Center, you will play a vital role in engaging with our luxury client base, scheduling service appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Supplement the service team by answering client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and log appointments in E-leads, taking note of any special client requests.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive BDC, reception, or cashier experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must have previous customer service experience and strong phone skills.
  • Trainable in various computer systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
  • Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Weekend and AM availability required.
