Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Acura Service Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Service Business Development Center, you will play a vital role in engaging with our luxury client base, scheduling service appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supplement the service team by answering client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Schedule service appointments and log appointments in E-leads, taking note of any special client requests.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Previous automotive BDC, reception, or cashier experience is strongly preferred.
- Must have previous customer service experience and strong phone skills.
- Trainable in various computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Weekend and AM availability required.
