Job Overview

Rallye Acura is seeking a reliable and energetic Service Valet to join our team. As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient parking/transportation of client and company owned vehicles, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parking and transporting vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Communicating with service advisors and technicians to determine vehicle readiness
  • Maintaining and organizing keys and supplies
  • Greeting customers and directing them to their desired destinations

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age with a clean and valid NY driver's license
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
  • Prior valet experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outgoing and patient personality
