Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Organ Recovery Coordinator to join our team at LifeCenter Northwest. As a key member of our donation team, you will play a critical role in the identification, evaluation, and management of potential organ donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work a 24-hour on-call schedule to respond to donation requests and coordinate the donation process
  • Travel throughout our donation service area, including Alaska, Montana, Northern Idaho, and Washington, to provide on-site support and coordination
  • Coordinate with transplant centers to match organ donors with recipients
  • Provide support to potential donor families and ensure effective communication with hospital personnel, physicians, and other stakeholders
  • Manage donor hemodynamics and provide critical care support as needed
Requirements
  • 2 years of acute care experience
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Ability to meet schedule and travel requirements
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or applicable medical or religious exemption

This position is eligible for additional compensation to the base pay rate, in the form of Extra Call Pay, Extra Call Worked, and Holiday Stipend Pay.
