We are seeking a skilled Chief Project Strategist to join our team at TEKsystems in Wisconsin. The estimated annual salary for this role is between $85,000 and $110,000, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The Chief Project Strategist will provide project management expertise to various teams within the organization. This includes planning, monitoring, and managing technology projects across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Team Leadership: Direct team members to determine the best methods to achieve project objectives, allocate staff and budget resources as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential problems before they occur, using approved methodologies and available tools to mitigate risks.
  • Communication and Documentation: Maintain documentation of key decisions, risks, and issues throughout the project's entirety, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Metric Tracking and Reporting: Gather and deliver metrics as required by the project, utilizing tracking tools to monitor progress.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in processes and technology project management, including analysis, documentation, and strong communication skills.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage large and complex technology assignments, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with project methodology through the project life cycle phases & SDLC.
