Job Title: Electric Utility Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electric Utility Project Manager to join our team at ESPO Corporation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining a high level of quality.

Job Summary:

The Electric Utility Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects related to electric utility infrastructure, including transmission lines, substations, and distribution systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure project scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Lead project meetings, ensure effective communication, and resolve conflicts.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-voltage transmission line or substation construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of substations, networks, telecommunications, or transmission lines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
