We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Copier/Printer Operator: Area Support Specialist to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments. This role requires flexibility to provide coverage at multiple sites throughout the region, and you must be willing to adapt to changing schedules and locations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests, including reviewing electronic files for print readiness and performing quality control checks.
- Operate and maintain reprographic equipment, including performing routine upkeep and basic maintenance tasks.
- Receive, log, deliver, and track all activity for reporting purposes, including courier items, interoffice mail, and United States Postal Services mail.
- Respond to customer requests and provide excellent customer service, including resolving issues and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with multiple account teams to ensure a smooth transition of responsibility and minimal impact to client services.
- Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed and adapt to changing situations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge, including ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work overtime as needed and lift up to 50lbs.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required, with ability to drive between multiple client locations.
