Position Summary: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in the role of Truck Driver. This position is vital to ensuring our customers receive their products efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product deliveries along designated routes while performing related tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies, including tires, lights, brakes, and fluids, and request necessary maintenance.
- Assemble orders for timely delivery, ensuring adherence to scheduled delivery windows.
- Place delivered items in specified storage locations as per customer instructions.
- Maintain the integrity of delivered products, ensuring no damage occurs during handling.
- Communicate any issues to the Transportation Supervisor promptly.

- Adhere to all transportation policies and safety guidelines.
- Comply with traffic laws and regulations, ensuring safe driving practices.

- Exhibit a professional appearance and conduct in line with company standards.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks and paperwork to support transportation operations.
- Review customer invoices to facilitate accurate delivery processes.
- Report any mechanical issues, delays, or accidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle receipts and payments received during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records, including vehicle logs and billing statements, in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
- A minimum of one year of route driving experience is required.
- Valid State Class A CDL license is mandatory.
- Ability to comprehend and enforce regulatory guidelines.
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
- Capacity to perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
