Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete necessary administrative tasks and paperwork to support transportation operations.
  • Review customer invoices to facilitate accurate delivery processes.
  • Report any mechanical issues, delays, or accidents to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle receipts and payments received during deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records, including vehicle logs and billing statements, in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
  • A minimum of one year of route driving experience is required.
  • Valid State Class A CDL license is mandatory.
  • Ability to comprehend and enforce regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong customer service skills and knowledge of quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
