About This Role

As an Account Executive at Paycom, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your assigned region. You will develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our human capital management technology products and services
  • Generate new business leads and develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets
  • Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in assigned territories
  • Negotiate agreements and secure new business accounts
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing)
  • 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strategic sales and closing skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A high level of self-motivation and results-oriented approach
