The Role: At Phalen Leadership Academies, we seek dedicated and innovative educators who are committed to enhancing the learning journey of our students. As a Primary Education Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing and engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes both academic and personal growth among our scholars. Your mission will be to inspire students to achieve their highest potential while cultivating essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all students achieve their individual growth targets in both English Language Arts and Mathematics.
  • Maintain a high level of student satisfaction through regular feedback and classroom surveys.
  • Support student retention throughout the academic year.
  • Promote excellent attendance rates among scholars.
  • Facilitate significant academic progress for students who are not meeting grade-level expectations.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, with relevant endorsements as required.
  • A valid State Teacher License or enrollment in a credentialing program.
  • Strong pedagogical skills informed by educational standards and data-driven assessments.
  • Experience in utilizing data to inform instructional practices.
