Job Overview

Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a proficient Industrial Maintenance Technician to become a part of our dynamic team. This position entails managing daily maintenance tasks, performing facility evaluations, and executing repairs and preventive upkeep on production machinery. You will be responsible for working on gear systems, drives, conveyor belts, motors, and packaging machinery, along with overseeing boiler and refrigeration maintenance. A solid grasp of electrical systems, the capability to interpret blueprints, and welding expertise are critical for success in this role.

Essential Skills
  • Repair and troubleshooting of gear systems, conveyor belts, and motors
  • Diagnosing and fixing packaging machinery
  • Skills in preventive maintenance
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and P&ID diagrams
  • Electrical troubleshooting and wiring skills
  • Knowledge of boiler maintenance and refrigeration systems (Freon and Ammonia)
  • Welding and fabrication abilities
