Key Responsibilities
  • General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Service Requests: Respond to resident service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the resident's satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
  • Certifications: Universal EPA/CFC Certification and valid driver's license.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of appliance, electrical, and plumbing repair, as well as HVAC repair.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
