Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and other staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of maintenance services.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for building systems and equipment to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and be able to diagnose and repair complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and external contractors.
