  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with our clients, residents, and staff, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on property operations and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a community property manager or in a related role, with a proven track record of success in property management and customer service.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Must have a valid NC CAM license and a valid FL driver's license.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time exempt position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The position will involve regular travel to attend training and meetings, as well as occasional evening and weekend work.
